Politics is the art or science of government or governing, especially the governing of a political entity, such as a nation, and the administration and control of its internal and external affairs. In other words Politics is a process by which groups of people make collective decisions.
In democratic society, it is people who elect their representatives to government body of the state. Therefore Parliament is a cross section of the society itself. If there are thieves and thugs in the parliament that means society itself is corrupt and those in the society have opted to elect those to represent them. People elect politicians matching their own personality.
Some people use to blame politicians for corruption and inefficiencies. But one should ask himself if he has used his own vote in the elections to elect genuine political leaders. In plain you must be proud of your selection of representatives before blaming politicians. Otherwise you are a failed voter who has let down the social responsibility and you have no rights to criticize the politicians.
Elect Patriots and only patriots
It’s very important that you vote for people who defend and love the country and nation. If you vote for traitors, that simply mean you yourself, is a traitor.
Send corrupt politicians home
If you are not corrupt and earn your living honestly, you must elect politicians with same character. If you are corrupt, you will definitely vote for corrupt politicians. If you are not corrupt and still vote for corrupt politicians you are called an idiot.
Show inefficient ones their due destiny
You get the chance of electing and reelecting representatives in every six years time. It’s up to you to evaluate past activities of the MPs and reelect the best and show their due destiny to the inefficient ones.
Say no to sugary stars
It’s a new trend that more and more sugary stars trying to come into politics. If you analyse most of those film actors and sport stars, they have no political background or clear vision in developing the nation. They simply try to capitalize on the popularity. Some aging film stars of good old days will try to break into politics when they have no longer demands for films. Some of those who have history of working with INGO’s and agenda of the business mafia may try to wear national attire and come forward as instant patriots to grab your vote to shine in their old days. They will not do anything to develop this country or society but for their own benifts and luxary lives.
Before you vote for a ‘star’, think twice. Do they have a political vision and history? If you simply vote looking at surgery cane faces you may call yourself a politically ignorant clown.
Vote wisely in the upcoming elections and be a proud citizen and not a miserable puppet.
