my question is, why would anyone pay that much money for a MP that was unheard of till then?
I initially thought the money was offered at the election office of SF, but it looked like the exchange was done at some hotel/lodge type place. the only identifiable feature of the people on the video is the MPs bald patch, leading to my second question; who are the brokers of the deal?
