American Ambassador’s residence in Sri Lanka raids


It has been reported on Adaderana that the American Ambassador’s residence has been charged by the Water Board for the illegal usage of water. Report further says that the Embassy has paid Rs. 370440 as compensation for the loss after a raid conducted by the Non Revenue Water Unit of the Water Board. After the raid the Embassy had paid the compensation to the Rajagiriya Water Board on October 14. Sources claimed that in May this year the American Centre on Galle Road had been guilty of the same offense and been charged Rs. 890469 compensation which was subsequently paid in June.

‘Sex’ is a bitter word for Hillary Rodham Clinton ever since Bil Clinton - Monica Lewinsky saga. This time, in UN Security Council meeting, she has alleged that “Rape was used as a weapon of war in Sri Lanka”. She had made these accusations without any basis.

The LTTE accused the GOSL of many crimes and injustices, but never rape – not even on Tamil.net. Why should such accusations be made now, when the war against the terrorists is over?

Why aren’t much beggers in America?


Simple Answer: American people hardly donate money to a people in need (even if one is really in need !) . On the other hand a poor person on the street can hardly servive the winter if he can not find enough money for food and heating. Therefore, by the end of the winter the poor fellow is died and this will never be reported on CNN.
