Pettro-dolla Scam - Part 2

Few months back on March 30th 2009 , Lanka Rising post an article with a slide slow exposing the scandal of Pettro-dollar. If a country is wealthier than another, the wealthier country must export than the less wealthy country. We all know that USA does not export much of industrial goods. Most of the worlds top brands are from countries outside USA. Still How come USA happend to be the world's super power. Its simply by means of controlling world economy through US dollar. Now monopoly of dollar has lost. Countries freely do trading with Euros, Yens and Yuans. Therefore dollar continues to depreciate and already lost its shine. This is the major (What USA try to hide from rest of the world) reason for collapse of USA economy.

But this is not a secrat to USA citizens. Thats why they are now trying to do tricks and experiments fool the world again. Following news article tells the story.

Greensboro Group Pushes for New City Currency
(June 15, 2009)

A group in Greensboro will hold a public meeting Monday night to discuss creating a new currency for the city.

Called the Greensboro Currency Project, the group would help create another form of money that would only be accepted at businesses inside Greensboro. Regular money could still be used, but organizers say the alternative currency would benefit city businesses by getting people to buy locally.

Other towns around the country, including Pittsboro, have similar programs in place.

Monday's meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at the Hive on Grove St.

Lets have a close eye on what USA's next trick to fool the world and regain economic supremacy. LankaRising will closely monitor the events and report to Sri Lankan nation.

When I posted one her work few days ago because I enjoyed it so much and wanted to share with all of you, I never thought that her very next post will be this poem. But that is the life. It has ups and downs.

Now she has lost her job, because the 'Goldan Key' that she chose to build her career has turned back. She is enormously talented. One of you may keep her talents emerging by helping her to get new job soon. Then she may serve the society and keep all Sri Lankan bloge readers healthy by sharing her thoughts with all of us. Its collaboration of good people that make great society.

ඒකාකාරී ජීවිතයේ තවත් වැදගත් කොටස් කාරයෙක් අපේ ගමට යන එකම එක බස් රථය. දවසට දෙපාරක් හැමදාම බස් එකේ යන නිසා බස් එකත් මට හරිම සමීප කෙනෙක් වෙලා. උදේ 6.30ට ඉස්කෝලේ ළමයි, වැඩට යන ලොකු ළමයි ගෙදර ඉන්ඩ බැරුව ටවුමට යන ළමයි ඔය කියපු හැට හුටහමාරම පටව ගත්ත බස් එකට මාත් ගොඩ වෙනවා.

Mismatch in Dialog advertiesments and coperate culture in new Sri Lanka

Dialog's initial marketing plan was to market Dialog through celebrities and sport stars. Dialog knew that their tariff rates are quite high compared to other mobile providers. Still they managed to fool consumers through their vigorous advertisement campaigns.

When Mahinda Chinthana won the political power of the country. The lumpant society lost their political supremacy and the common people got the political and cultural freedom back. However companies like Dialog was reluctant to fully shed their foreign cultural and social blankets. They try to adapt to some extend by advertisements like follows.

However, they have chosen the old 'sookiri batilla' type marketing agents. So they failed.

When Dialog is completely rejected they try to get the confidence of consumer back by row campaigns like contributing to Ranawiru Fund and also directly using the winning of fight against terrorism in their advertisements. But they were artificial and oridenery people have already enlightened of their past mistakes.

This is new independence Sri Lanka. We have won back our political freedom. Now we are gradually gaining our cultural and social freedom. The culture of lumpent comprodor society is no longer endorsed by common people of this country. Therefore companies like Dialog that was reluctant to accept this cultural changes in new Sri Lanka is gradually swept away from business.

Collapse of Dialog telekom through consumer's eye

What really happened to Dialog? They cashed in when there was no proper competition. Although there were multiple private owned mobile companies, they were happy to exploit Sri Lankan mobile users through collective agremnts on high tarif rates.

It all started to change when Thilanga Sumathipala took over the chairman post of SLT. He took back Mobitel back into government control and reduced the rates drastically. At last Sri Lankan mobile useres got fair deal. By the time Dialog has pumped billions of natioal wealth out of the country.

Then Airtel came into the party. Now Mobitel already playing key role, Airtel had to enter into the market with very attractive packages and sri Lankan mobile users again geting the benifits of fair competition.

Dialog that was once enjoying high profits in favourable conditions are no longer making profits. They exploited Sri Lankan consumers at hay days. Now all dialog consumers are very happy to leave Dialog.

The following user story (You need Sinhala unicode font to view this) says all about Dialog's attitude towards consumers and the new freedom that mobile consumers enjoying now.

The 90 % of advertisements in Sri lankan TV channels assume that Sri Lankan consumers are petty ignorant people. They try to exploit ignorance, passion and jealousy of the people.

However, there are few advertisements that are based on our cultural roots. We should salute and promote those creative advertisers and also companies that take service of them.

How come all social venoms start from Sirasa?

Interestingly, all the social 'manias' start from Sirasa and then spread to other channels. (afterwords, they switch to the gentleman mode)

1. The FM Mania - Sirasa started the FM mania and now there are i think around 60 FM channels. All what they do is spread the Singlish culture destroying the Sinhala language. (even though they cant speak english properly). Other than that, they spread the idotic culture and music that ruins the taste of the whole society. Now of course Sirasa is playing the gentlement role. But it was them who started it.

2. The Kusa-latha (Badawal) teledramas - Sirasa is the one who started these tele-dramas. The indian tele-dramas are full of hatred, jealousy and any other negative emotion that is present in human beings.

3. The Super Star (and dancing star) mania - Now the other channels even take kids for a ride. In the dancing star program Sirasa made a concious effort to promote the most sexual dances as much as possible, making it a norm in the Sri Lankan society.

All evidence points to Sirasa conciously acting to destroy the Sinhala Buddhist culture, which is the predominant culture in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, so far they have been very successful (and if the public does not become aware of this, they will be even more successful in the future)

Monitoring and control of INGO's taken under Defense Ministry

The government has decided to transfer the control and monitoring of INGOs to the ministry of Defense. All INGO activities were previously under the ministry of social affairs. The decision has been taken after more and more INGO - LTTE links are being exposed.

All patriotic Sri Lankans have been demanding tight control of INGO activities and at last, the government has act positively. The military defeat of LTTE has clearly paved the way to expose the hidden agenda of western international community and their joint agenda with LTTE.

The government’s decision clearly shows it’s firm commitment to defeat LTTE in all aspects. INGO’s have lost their safe heaven of Wanni jungle and their acts are now plainly exposed to the Sri Lankan government.

Its not only political and civil society, but also the military leadership is also keeping closer look at activities of all INGO agents that has been playing the role of Trojan Horse for their Western colonial masters.

After successfully defeating the LTTE sepertist terrorism, the post (so called) independence war against neo-colonialism has now begun. The day that last INGO agent is deported from this country will be the true independence day of Sri Lanka.
