Mangala Samaraweera – The devil in evil politics

The valiant Sri Lankan forces are knocking down the den of the terrorist leader Piripaharan after hard way forward shading both sweat and blood, risking their own lives for the mother land. It was not a rosy way but a path full of Jony bombs and death traps in battle front and psyops by NGO, media and political agents funded by LTTE and western allied countries in the other front. Mangala samaraweera has been the anchor of LTTE pshyops mechanism in the South for over two decades. When the whole nation is blessing our heroes in the battlefield, the shameless Mangala has intensified his political agenda against the nation conducting one man media briefings (named ‘defense watch’) to jeopardize the moral of our forces at the eleventh hour of winning the fight against terrorism.

Mangala has been trying his best to convince the nation that the fight against terrorism can never be won. He is presenting false information to mislead the public. According to Mangala all the victories of Sri Lankan forces are either stretegic withdrawals of LTTE or mere false propaganda by the government. According to Mangala, the fight against terrorism has so far achieved nothing but mere death tolls in what he repeatedly calls as “Misserable War”.

There are some people who are born to serve and lead the mother land and there are some others who are born traitors willing to do anything for their petty personal gains even at the stake of the country. Mangala Samaraweera clearly belongs to latter category. The evil forces against our mother land are more than happy to exploit this type of born traitors to full fill their vicious agenda. As a nation preparing to leap forward with rising Asia, we should clearly identify the inception, past behavior, the invisible hands behind them and future agenda of these traitors in order to effectively defeat them.

An ancestral political outcome
Mangala Samaraweera is the son of Mahanama Samaraweera, who was a Cabinet Minister of Local Government, Housing, Posts and Telecommunications in Sirimavo Bandaranaike's government, and Khema Samaraweera, a member of the Matara Urban Council. Mangala’s father was involved in one of the failed conspiracy against Srimavo Bandaranayaka government and little Mangala may have learned ‘abc’ of conspiracy politics from their parents at very tender age.

From fashion design to politics
A graduate in Clothing Design and Technology from St. Martin's School of Art in London, and later involved as an instructor in fashion industry. Mangala managed to enter into the parliament in 1989 election, when the right of voting was devoid in the South due to JVP terror activities.

Parading Chandrika into Sri Lankan Politics
In 88/89 period, the intensified LTTE terrorist activities, subsequent invasion of Indian army (IPKF) in the North and JVP terrorism in the South had created political jeopardize in the country. The new imperialism of Western powers exploited this pathetic situation by bringing new generation of comprador politicians in to the helm of Sri Lankan politics. The first round of influence surfaced in the form of INGO and ‘Vikalpa’media activities funded by Anglo-Nordic countries. People like Victor Ivon and Sunanda Deshapriya were raised (using foreign funds) as new generation of king makers in ‘Vikalpa’ media front.

Their choice of next generation of comprador queen was Chandrila Kumaranathunge. Mangala Samaraweera and S.B Dissanayaka were hand picked as political agents to promote CBK as next generation of “Viharamahadevi’ in Sri Lankan politics.

These media-politico magicians paraded CBK from London to Colombo and made Chief Minister of Western Province in no time. Before the true aspirations and character of CBK is exposed, they managed to bring her in to the helm of SLFP and later the Sri Lankan nation was fooled and CBK was made the executive president of Sri Lanka.

The darling of CBK government
After selling out all the remaining government assets to her politico-business partners, CBK wanted to bring the ‘federal constitution’ into the parliament to satisfy her Western ally. Throughout the history, people of this country considered unitary of state as the utmost important point. So there came the need for brain wash the ordinary people of Sri Lanka. While senior SLFP members like Mahainda Rajapaksa , Mithreepala Sirisena and Rathnasiri Wickramanayaka refused to involve with that dirty task funded by NGOs, it was Mangala (together with his then close ally S.B Dissanayaka and Dilan Perera) that took to lead of the brainwash campaigns named as ‘Sudu Neluma’ and ‘Thavalama’ movements.
Just as an obedient ox that pulls the cart, Mangala tirelessly drove the ‘Thavalama’ campaign, with his hand picked media mafia lead by Wasntha Raja, traveling round the country. In return for being blind and ardent CBK ally, Mangala suddenly became a key figure with ample political power to serve his Western masters and their local business and political agents.

The main theme of those propaganda movements were in line with LTTE terrorists’ Ealam mission. The on going fight against terrorism was branded as ‘miserable and endless war that can never be won’. So called peace marches, peace meditations and other activities were organized to crush the moral of Sri lankan nation to fight against terrorism.

Mangala who spent most of his time in the backyards of Western embassies were soon made into a key influential figure in Sri Lankan politics. At that time, he was stepping up the political ladder in fast track. It was well known about Mangala’s extravagant expenditures in his ministries particularly for his own personal benefit.
In the CBK government, Mangala got open license to spend any amount for his own benefit and for his political campaigns. It is those who benefited for long time that is still following and supporting Mangala in order to retain their benefits in the future.

Mangala and media
One of the favorite topics of Mangala Samaraweera is press freedom. Being a feeble politician, Mangala can not survive without the control of media. When he was holding ministerial portfolio, we have already witnessed the true side of media freedom under Mangala Samraweera. It is due to the media freedom of Mangala Samaraweera that Editor of private owned Lakbima news paper had to resign. His infamous media briefing with “Thara Ajith” was one of the dirtiest acts against humanity. At that day, a person packed in a sack named as Thara Ajith was presented to media and asked him to answer questions in public. That was the super democracy of Mangala Samaraweera at that time.

Mangala’s political agenda
Mangala is a political animal molded in Western world with clear and well defined agenda. He will only labor for them and not flexible to tolerate any other policies. That’s why soon he parted away with Mahinda Rajapaksa government and allied with Chandrika and Ranil to form a new political front to continue their mission. Whether Mangala is in the ruling side or opposition, funding is not a major issue for him. The western political links, INGO agents and pro Ealam organizations are more than happy to fund the Mangala’s political agenda. They make Mangala to speak and their media mafia flocks in front of this isolated character and promote his vicious comments all over the world.

The play boy of Sri Lankan politics
Mangala is well known for his bachelor life gay links. Mangala is not only promoting flimsy politics, but he has been the political leader of lumpent gay community of Sri Lanka. In the past Mangala Samaraweera has openly attended annual get-togethers and summits. The personal life of a politician is not a big matter to the nation but when his political activities reflect his personality; it is indeed a big concern to the Sri Lankan nation.

Mangala’s due destiny
Now the military wing of LTTE terrorism is being defeated by our valiant forces. It’s our next obligation to defeat LTTE’s political agents in the South in the next election.

The great victory of Poonaryn and establishment of territorial integrity

The heroic Sri Lanka military forces has finally liberated Poonaryn area after nearly two decades of terrorist control and established the territorial integrity between North and South. With this great victory, not only the sea tiger activity has been completely swept away from the western coast of the emerald island, but also it has open up strategic land route from South to North. This is joyful victory for all the patriotic Sri Lankans who genuinely supported the fight against terrorism.

From A-9 era to new A-32 era
Few years back pro LTTE media had made a big buzz on A-9 road. Firstly the failure of operation “Jayasikuru” under then political leadership of Chandrika Kumaranathunga had given LTTE vital military recognition. Later, under the rule of Ranil Wickramasinghe, LTTE propaganda machine managed to convert this military victory into political gain. The spineless people in the South were motivated to visit LTTE controlled territory after paying ransom and much publicity given even by state media. People visited area like Trincomalee and Madu and pay ransom to LTTE carders even to do petty things like bathing in hot water wells. That was a pathetic sign of victory for Ealam separatism. Now those genuine people who has spinal chord can visit the Jaffna peninsula by newly liberated A-32 road with dignity. That was the difference that ‘Mahinda Chinthanaya’ has brought within very short time.

Territorial Integrity reestablished
When Junius Richerd Jayawardana was elected president in 1977, it was a sovereign country with territorial integrity; however the Hanuma of modern era left politics in 1988 when both North and South under blaze of war and misery. Since then, R. Premadasa, D.B Wijethunga, Chandrika Kumaranatunge and Ranil Wickramasinghe ruled this country. But all of them failed to re-establish territorial integrity of the country. Only the late president D.B. Wijethunga showed genuine intention to regain lost national pride and dignity. All others were either born cowards or traitors who ruled according to western agenda. The name of Mahinda Rajapaksa will be written in the history in gold for regaining territorial integrity and uniting the nation.

No more sea tiger activities in Western coast
With this historical win, the LTTE sea tiger activities are completely swept away from western coast. Also they have lost control of Poonaryn lagoon which was a threat to the peace and harmony of Jaffna peninsula. In addition, LTTE terrorists have lost their most valuable supply root from South India. This will greatly reduce the undue influence from South Indian politics as well.

Military advantage
With the fall of Poonaryn, LTTE has lost both militarily and strategically important town. This has great psychological impact on LTTE terrorists. Now the fall of Killinocchi is inevitable and just a matter of time. The government forces can attack Killinocchi from both sides and also their next target is Alimankada. LTTE has so far shown some success in resistance in Muhamali front of the battle.With the fall of Poonaryn, not only Killinocchi, but Muhamale terrorist front is vulnerable because government forces can attack Muhamalai from the poonaryn lagoon as well.

Fate of LTTE
After the fall of Killinocchi, the LTTE carders will only remain the option of jumping into the Mulativu sea for their survival. Its not so long that Piripaharan will be caught in a bunker in Mulativu jungle and taken up like an iguana by valiant military forces of Sri Lanka. It is not only the LTTE terrorism, but the mythical dream of Ealam will also be sunk into the Bay of Bengall soon under the clear military and political leadership.
